Mary Shakun, Founder and CEO of Million Children Rising, Inc. ("MCR") is an established philanthropist with almost 20 years experience in India and Cambodia supporting and empowering vulnerable children by setting up academic institutions and providing the tools necessary to see the child through to a positive adulthood.
Mary is also an International Advisor and Game Changer. She advises Fortune 100 CEOs, global icons, and other influential leaders every day on how to disrupt and expand their mindset, navigate complex corporate issues, and drive tangible business results.
Mary received her education in Ireland and New York.
Mary is considered by many to be an expert in influence, persuasion, and disruptive thinking. She challenges assumptions, disrupts usual ways of doing business, and introduces unexpected ways of thinking. Mary’s clients have reaped millions of dollars in personal profits, and hundreds of millions of dollars in corporate profits by utilizing my expertise.

The current humanitarian crisis in Greece and other places, and its devastating impact on children is an issue of a great concern to her, and she is determined to take practical action to make a difference.
Joshua Long, MBA, Strategist, Bottleneck Breakthrough Group
Joshua Long, Treasurer, Million Children Rising, Inc. is an international strategy consultant for education and business to business based companies. He is the creator of the Bottleneck Breakthrough Method to help companies unlock sustainable growth with minimal risk. He has authored Bottleneck Breakthrough to equip business owners worldwide to grow their businesses more successfully.
Having served on the board of community focused non-profits over the past decade,Joshua provides strategic direction on fundraising, operational effectiveness, and community partnerships.
Most recently he was on the Community Advisory Board for Community Regional Medical Center's Homecare Division. His seven years of membership on the CAB included quarterly review meetings, as well as spot projects with the staff, including recruiting process improvement, collections and payment plan solutions, and presentations for funding.
Dagmar Ludwig, VP Portfolio Management, SAP Hybris.
Dagmar Ludwig, Secretary, Million Children Rising, Inc. has a background in High Tech, E-Commerce and General Management. She has spent the last 22 years working at Arvato Systems (a Bertelsmann company) starting off as a SAP consultant in Germany. In 1999, she moved to Valencia, California to manage the West Coast office with a small team of SAP consultants operating Logistic Solutions. In 2003, Dagmar joined the North American headquarters in New York City to support the team as a senior SAP consultant.
In 2007, she was instrumental in developing a new hybris e-commerce practice on behalf of her company. Dagmar cultivated a team of more than 100 on and off-shore technologists and project managers. She and her team successfully implemented global hybris e-commerce solutions for major retail and consumer goods clients.
Dagmar also lead her team in the latest innovation technologies and methodologies such as cloud computing, DevOps, IoT, and client / partner hackathons.
In 2015, Dagmar took a sabbatical year for volunteering and social impact work. Her goal is to raise awareness on the importance of education for all children and providing possibilities for underprivileged and/or refugee children.
Dagmar recently joined SAP Hybris as a VP portfolio management using her vast amount of experience in customer needs and demands creating solutions and services to enable the digital transformation of global companies.
